Processing Time

All orders are processed within 6–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that if a product is listed as brand new or part of a pre-order, processing time may depend on our pre-order schedule. In such cases, orders will be prepared and shipped once the pre-order phase is completed.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed and shipped.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 12–20 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates can be viewed using third-party tracking platforms such as 17track.net.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

MIMAYA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Delays & Liability

MIMAYA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
